Families may choose to pay by cheque or e-transfer in the following ways:

In order to secure your child's spot in our school, we require tuition for first and last month by June 25th, or at time of registration if after June 25th.

Toddler - $146.48 x 2 = $292.96

Preschool - $144.00 x 2 = $288.00

Kinder Prep - $96.00 x 2 = $192.00

Moving forward, fees are paid monthly via cash, cheque or e-transfer:

• Monthly
  • Post dated cheques – Eight (8) cheques dated the 25th day of the previous month, September to April, inclusive
  • E-transfer – Eight (8) prescheduled e-transfers dated the 25th of the previous month, September to April, inclusive

You may choose to make a one time lump sum payment and pay for the year in full. Please reach out to our Treasurer to confirm tuition amount before making payment.

Cheques and cash can be given to any staff member during Elmira Community Nursery School’s business hours - September - June: M, W ,F - 9 - 12; T, Th - 9 - 4. Cheques are to be made payable to Elmira Community Nursery School. E-transfers can be sent to our Treasurer.  Please indicate your child’s name in the notes.

Receipts for tax purposes are completed and distributed by the end of February of each year. Replacement cost may apply for lost or misplaced documents.
